Easter holidays
and everyone is going away, Michael to Australia, Kayi to china (although only for a few days) but i don't mind.
Work is great, i really love my job!
And somewhere, some way along the way i seemed to develop a couple of good friends.
Erin is right it takes 7 months to make good friends in a new place.
I'm reached my peak happiness/settled in stage in HK i think.
I can actually see things, and people i will miss when i go back to Australia.
Hope everyone is well.

Thanks everyone
for your presents, cards, emails, text messages
I felt very special on my birthday despite being so far away from all my family and the majority of my friends.
I started the day off by opening presents from the family that were sent over.
Sherry the co-ordinator of the centre and the only other one who works full time gave me a card and dessert with a lit candle in it.
I had lunch with a few of the teachers, Sherry and one of the partners. Where i got a voucher to god (check it out here) chocolate oreos, pringles, and flowers from Isla.
I then had one class with a five year old boy who told me 'teacher your hair looks beautiful' (not sure why it would look different then every other week i have him) and another who sang me happy birthday.
I then went to the rugby seven and the rest is a bit of a blur (due to the fact that i'm getting old and loosing my memory).
The following day i got my present from Michael and Kayi- a mp3 player which i haven't stopped listening too.
