Cleaning out the freezer a la kristy
is so much fun.
Lunch today consisted of:
some pita bread with beetroot dip
muffins with peanut butter and banana on top
and a couple of soy nuggets with mayonnaise

Greetings
Maybe i've watched one too many American movies
But i expected all doormen(at least the ones in your own building) to be friendly, to greet you, open the door for you and to exchange casual chit chat with you.
I can't say i've experienced any of that.
First of all our door man presses a button so that the door is unlocked momentarily. Yes i have to open the door.
The closest to a hello i get is occasionally a nod at my hello (ok maybe that is the language barrier).
No smiles, no conversation and there is one door man who won't even press the button leaving me to try to remember the code.
Thoroughly disappointed.
The people who work at the hairdressers however are lovely.
You see i walk past the hairdressers most days (since its in the same building and a shortcut to walking outside) if they are around the entrance and see me walking by they smile, wave, and say hello. Once they even stopped me and asked me whether Michael was happy with his haircut.
This is what happened when i live in country where i don't speak the language i get annoyed by no communication with strangers and excited by trivial chit chat.

Not much happening here at the moment.
I'm currently hooked on the tv series six feet under.
Just as the season finished over here and i had seen a total of three episodes.
So of course i have a few questions regarding the characters and how everything is connected
So i've borrowed a few of the dvds.
Just finished watching three episodes and four yesterday.
I'm sure i'm going to dream about it tonight.
---------------------------------------------------
More fireworks tonight this time the Us and Japan.
Which completes the International Musical Fireworks Competition
I must say that i was a little dissapointed by the US performance, i expected more
I personally think last weeks performance by Italy was the best and deserves to win.
Yes i'm becoming a bit of a fire works connoisseur.
I kind of felt sorry for all the crowds of people that i watched below line up to try to get a good view about a hour before.
