Happy v day everyone
i received a chocolate and a kiss on the cheek today
from a four year old
I'm reduced my hours so i now have sunday and mondy off and everyone keep referring to it as a long weekend (only in hong kong).
trying to decide on where to go for a few days to celebrate my birthday.
Possible choices are:
Tokyo (catch ani difranco in concert)
Thailand (shopping and great veg food)
Beijing ( the great wall)

I don't understand some things ....
like how many hk residents are getting rid of their pets
to prevent bird flu (which is sweeping through Asia at the moment)
yet will happily eat chicken as if it is going out of fashion
by the way the pets we are talking about are innocent cats and dogs
