Work
I start my new job tomorrow and if you could judge an area by the type of car places in it then Ferrari speaks volumes.
I don't need to though the foyer of the building is amazing: so nice so classy, perhaps a little too much. I feel like i'm doing something wrong by simply being in the foyer.
The complete opposite to the dodgy building in the not so nice area of Mongkok that i used to work in.
As what i have been doing with my time. A fair amount of housework. The first day back the toilet overflowed. What fun that was to clean up and in the end i resulted in throwing out the shower curtain and a few towels since its grossed me out too much to clean them.
To cope with the heat Michael brought two new mini heaters which seem too much for the power and about every day or so we need to switch off the main source of power, all the individual switches and then turn them all back on. Matt where are you and do you know anything about Asian electricity?
I've also been busy cooking up a storm of warming meals: my fav being the lentil and veg soup. Thankfully i now have four meals in the freezer for quick meals to help with my 44 hour working week. Today will no doubt be something else: any suggestions?
To treat myself to all the work and coldness i've had to endure i brought myself the new Ani Difranco CD, but so far its been a little disappointing. Hopefully it will grow on me.
Kayi comes back Saturday evening and boy will i be glad.
