So cool
Its getting cooler.
I know this because i have now started wearing pants and long sleeve shirts.
Rather than the tshirts, skirts that i have wearing since i arrived.
However its not quite the cold you would think from the way many people are wearing.
Really a scarf, jacket, and jumper are not neccesary for 17 degree days.

What started out with me jumping out of bed thinking oh no i am going to be late for work turned into a rather good day.
Brought a new desk which mean the dining table can actually be used as such.
Went to the flower market and on the way bumped into Karen one of the other teachers. Its amazing that are so many people around and i know so few but i've already had two experiences of bumping into people.
Brought a orchard for the dining table. Its purple-ish and so prettay.
I opened presents from Australia.
I have the best mother in the world for organising all that she did with so little notice plus presents.
I'm also sitting here typing this and eating Pear cardamom Cake from vo thanks to my bestest friend Marisa.
And there is plenty more where that come from including two pieces of peanut nougat cake, a o bar, and peppermint truffles.
Since i now have the computer in my room i can actually sit at the desk and look out at the harbour and listen to mp3s without disturbing Michael.
Speaking of him, i should also thank him for bringing all of the above back as well as sending some stuff over with him.
One of the things he brought over was the garden of vegan cookbook. Which i've sat and read like a novel. So many great rice and noodle recipe that would be so convenient and inexpensive here.
